Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship our products within Germany and to selected countries outside the European Union.
Shipping within Germany
Standard Shipping: €5.99
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from receipt of payment.
Express Shipping: €9.99
Estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1–2 business days from receipt of payment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries outside the European Union.
The shipping fee for international orders is €19.99.
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from receipt of payment.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply, including customs duties, import VAT, or other import taxes, fees and charges. These costs are not covered by KNOT Lab and are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable in the destination country.
Please note that international deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance and import procedures.
Delivery Times
The delivery times stated above apply to products that are currently in stock and are calculated in business days.
The delivery period begins once payment has been successfully received.
For orders containing multiple items, the delivery time may be determined by the item with the longest stated delivery time.
If a product is not immediately available or if a delivery is unexpectedly delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, particularly in the case of international shipments.
Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart and during checkout before you complete your order.
Current shipping rates are:
- Germany: €5.99
- Germany – Express: €9.99
- Selected countries outside the European Union: €19.99
Any additional costs that may arise for deliveries outside the European Union, including customs duties, import VAT, or other import taxes, fees and charges, are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.
